Confidential is looking for a highly motivated ceptional leader to join the Transformation Office as the Director of Transformationp>Play a key role in the delivery of major organisational transformation at Victoria's largest health service

Work with a diverse spiring range of stakeholders, both internal ternal to Confidential

Lead a team of Transformation Partners, working alongside the Continuous Improvement rategy & Service Planning Teams

About the Transformation Office at Confidential



Under the leadership of the Chief Transformation Officer, the Transformation Office is comprised of 3 teams - Transformation Delivery, Continuous Improvement rategy & Service Planningp>



The remit of the Transformation Office is to deliver on multiple organisational priorities including



Long-term strategic rvice planning

Transformational change in defined areas of priority

Development of improvement capability across the Confidential





About The Role



This role is a pivotal part of the Transformation Office Leadership Teamhe Director of Transformation is responsible for the planning livery of major organisational transformation projects across Confidential, in alignment with our strategic plan sionp>



The scale ope of projects is typically large mplex, spans multiple programs volves multiple stakeholders, both within ternal to Confidentialp>



This is a full-time ongoing role, based at Monash Medical Centre Clayton, but require travel to other Confidential sitesorking from home is supported in this role, where appropriatep>



About You



Suitable ctes for this position will be able to demonstrate the following:





A proven track record in the planning livery of major transformational projects

Highly developed leadership skills, working with dispersed inter-disciplinary teams

Experience with complex stakeholder Confidential

A strong underst of health service operations

The ability to identify ioritise transformation opportunities that align with organisational strategy

Highly developed people am Confidential skills, with the ability to work collaboratively

Relevant post-graduate qualifications

Demonstrated experience based on the attached position description
