Position Summary:

The Strategic Adviser will provide strategic, operational ctical coordination, support vice to the Executive Director Case, Contact tbreak Confidential to ensure they can execute their duties in an efficient, effective sponse mannerp>


Support the high-level planning ioritisation of the Executive Director's time ergy

Liaise with the Office of the Deputy Secretary to review, respond to ose-out Ministerial briefings, correspondence quests in a timely manner

Provide specialist evidence-based policy rategic advice to the Executive Director

Undertake sist with research, preparation of complex reports, special projects her work assignments

Monitor port on high priority issues, risks ends epare esent comprehensive reports, ministerial briefs, Cabinet ency submissions on complex issues

Develop intain a range of systems, reporting idelines to track nage information flows in t of the Office of the Executive Director

Establish intain effective working relationships cilitate the flow of information across the department th key external stakeholdersr>Identify plement a range of activities that enhance performance rvice delivery outcomesr>Attend a range of meetings mmittees, tracking actions porting back to the Executive Director e broader leadership team
