About the role

1x VPS3 Executive Assistant - fixed term up to 10 months

This position directly supports the Executive Director Service Delivery formhe key focuses for this position are:

Provide high level confidential secretarial ecutive support to the Executive Director including; time, diary Confidentialr>Provide support to the leadership team ganising all admin for group meetings her functions as required

Manage workflow of the Service Delivery form Group such as preparing viewing of memos, ministerial briefs rrespondence

Manage finance, HR partmental coordination for the senior Confidential team der unit

Assist with the coordination plementation of projects, events, activities sks to assist the wider team

About you

The key to success in this position is for the successful cte to have a proactive exible work ethichis role is suited to someone who can work in an ever-changing environmentp>

, you must demonstrate the following:

Extensive background perience working in an executive support role

Professional communication skills both written rbal oven skills in liaising with key stakeholders

Demonstrated ability to maintain systems nancial records using Fin Cloud, including processing invoices

The ability to coordinate Confidential fboarding her aspects of HR administration

Advanced MS Office, computing skills owledge of cloud-based accounting systems
