Warehouse Manager – Automotive Trade Distributor

Key Responsibilities:
- Branch Operations: Manage overall branch performance, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Staff & Driver Management: Supervise schedules, workloads, and compliance for both staff and drivers.
- Inventory & Machinery: Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee machinery maintenance.
- Customer Service:
Deliver exceptional service to walk-in customers and resolve complaints effectively.
- Financial Oversight: Handle cash management, purchase reconciliations, and payroll processing.
Key Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in branch management or operational leadership, preferably in automotive trade distribution.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in inventory and financial management systems.
- Valid forklift/order picker license (essential).
- Tertiary qualification in a related field (preferred).
