This role could suit a couple or individual. The applicant/s may be looking for a change of lifestyle or be experienced industry professionals.
The role is for an onsite caretaker as an individual or a couple, the role involves:
- Living onsite
- Caretaking of the complex
- General maintenance of the building on a daily basis
- General maintenance of units within the hotel pool
- Organising contractors to quote on repairs and maintenance
- Ensure maintenance schedules are kept
- Reporting to management any issues concerning the complex
After hours call outs regarding the building and hotel are a requirement, some of the matters that may arise are lock-outs, fire alarms or noise disturbances.
Experience in building management or a trade background would be beneficial but not essential.
To add to the role and potential remuneration, if the prospective applicant/s have any other skills, these may pertain to:
- Building management knowledge
- Maintenance or handyman skills
- Hotel Reception - RMS Property Management System experience
- Property Management - short term accommodation
- Administration
- Housekeeping work
If you have experience in any of the above fields we would like to know, as we may have further work for you in addition to the caretaker position.
If you have a mature attitude, would like to live in premises with a pool, spa, sauna, tennis court and gym, enjoy staying close to home in the evening, then this role may be what you are looking for. The Accommodation provided is suitable for a couple or a single occupant.
