Bench has an exciting new opportunity in our programmatic media managed service team for a self- driven sales professional to join as a Strategic Partnerships Manager.

You will be joining our award-winning ‘Best Programmatic Trading Team’ (B&T Awards) to drive new business opportunities by working with strategic partners - including both brands and agencies.

In this role, you will thrive on building and managing a new business pipeline, along with effectively communicating tech and media capabilities to potential and existing customers. You will be able to demonstrate your well-rounded understanding of the digital media,

adtech and martech worlds to confidently explain the value of our media and technology solutions in a simple and effective way.

You will have proven experience working across a broad spectrum of clients and industries at the most senior level of your customer’s organisations. Your sense of humour and can-do attitude will see you fit in seamlessly with our fun, vibrant and passionate team, where collaboration is key.

What you’ll do

- Develop and manage a strategic new business sales plan and pipeline in line with company growth targets and objectives

- Deliver relevant recommendations and solutions for prospective customers based on a thorough understanding of your customer’s business requirements and a deep understanding of our omni-channel approach to digital marketing

- Efficiently identify and solve client challenges and barriers; with the ability to explain complex multi-layered digital media solutions clearly and concisely

- Identify and build strong relationships with key external decision makers

- Work collaboratively with all internal stakeholders to deliver excellent outcomes and service for customers as a result

- Work effectively and flexibly in a fast-paced environment

- Communicate sales forecasts and success metrics to management clearly and confidently

What you’ll bring

- 4+ years sales experience within digital media, adtech or similar fields

- Experience in the complete sales cycle, from canvassing new business, closing deals and relationship management

- An established network of Australian agency contacts and marketing decision makers

- A thorough understanding of the digital media landscape, with ad tech/mar tech / programmatic experience is desirable

- Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills
