DXC are now looking to bring onboard a Security Analyst to support the ANZ region in our head offices, located in Macquarie Park. Key Responsibilities: Regional Cyber Security Vulnerability management SME for ANZ DXC. Run regular Vulnerability management scans for DXC internal and Subsidiaries. Review reports, remove false positives, send them to stake holders, hold meeting for awareness and to track progress. Provide regional support/assistance to SIRCC (Security Incident Response Control Centre) for all categories of security escalations. Manage Security incidents for the region escalated from the business and from SIRCC Cyber Security advise on Change Board and Change Management for ANZ DXC. Review all changes relating to DXC internal from security perspective. On Premise eMail system Security Management: Primary point of contact for any security related matters for the OnPrem email system. Security support for investigations: Work with workstation support team and end users in support for investigations. Provide regional support/ assistance to DIS (Digital Investigation Services) for tasks such as forensic imaging, chain of Custody in relation to investigations. Coordinate Security Working Group: Work with various stake holders in the regional business to run the monthly Security Working Group. Provide support to maintain ongoing security compliance of DXC and its subsidiary systems and networks. Conduct Security risk assessment of various proposals, projects and change requests. Substitute Security Engineer with Firewall rule reviews using the firewall rule management system. Provide weekly and monthly report input to ANZ Risk and Compliance Executive. Aid Security Engineers in ensuring compliance with DXC security policies for all DXC systems maintained in the region. Development and maintenance of security related procedure and documentation Part of the Global Vulnerability management group, advising on technology and services. Assist with security reviews and on-going security support for Mergers and Acquisitions. Create Security Awareness amongst the regional stake holders and cross-sectional teams. Monitor and review all incidents that have security implications, and if necessary, investigate such incidents and provide guidance and reports to ANZ Risk and Compliance Executive. Monitor exposure of DXC information assets to threats and provide advice and guidance on security administration of such systems. Work with global security teams when required to standardize security offerings and compliance in region. Assist regional teams with regards to DXC policy compliance requirements. In cooperation with Security engineers, Security Specialist co-ordinate the implementation of security solutions within DXC, at the direction of management. Work effectively with other Regional and Global Security team in ensuring risk to DXC is reduced. Serve as back up to Security Engineer and Security Specialist as required. Educational Requirements Minimum two years’ experience in Cyber Security discipline.
