The Role We are looking to employ an HCM Delivery Director for our ANZ Oracle Consulting Organisation on a permanent full-time capacity based out anywhere in Austalia / NewZealand. In this role, the successful candidate will head up the HCM Cloud practice driving strategic client projects and implementations in HCM Cloud, utilising a combination of delivery expertise and experience. Leading a growing team of HCM consultants in both Australia and New Zealand the Delivery Director will work closely with the DXC India HCM team, the pre-sales HCM Solution Director and the HCM Managed Service team to deliver sustainable HCM Cloud growth to our ANZ customers. Responsibilities Leadership: Provide leadership, career guidance and as required coaching and management to all the consultants within the Consulting HCM practice Line management of HCM Consultants, conducting regular team meetings, idea sessions etc. and maintaining our Oracle OPN certifications and learning paths for each Consultant Executive sponsor on HCM projects within the practice Hold regular meeting with Sales & Pre-Sales teams on upcoming opportunities and therefore determining demand against the current supply in the team Practice Growth, Strategy & Delivery: Ensuring the most efficient utilisation across the HCM Practice Working with our Account Directors and Solution Directors (pre-sales) on current opportunities and assisting those teams with our Go To Market (GTM) for HCM Cloud in region Identifying growth opportunities within our current engagements Using your network, identifying key hires and talent to develop and grow the practice Refinement and improvement of our Industry Solutions for HCM Cloud and our delivery methodology to support the successful implementations in all markets. Producing Monthly forecast for Practice and contributing to Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) Ensure customer success through regular check in with our customers and client satisfaction through go-live survey results Pre-Sales Contributing to presentations for current and potential HCM cloud customers. Guiding the team and inputting to RFP responses and customer requests. Commercial Acumen Accountable for the revenue and profitability of projects within the HCM Cloud practice Reviewing and approving all commercial documents, statement of works etc for the practice Experience Required Proven experience in driving and managing a focused practice within a consultancy or software vendor Strong track record of generating revenue and margin growth across a practice Extensive experience in the articulation of strategic client solutions using Oracle HCM applications Deep experience in running and managing multiple projects across HCM Cloud or other applications Strong Oracle HCM Cloud or traditional implementation project experience in a Principal or Leader role Strong familiarity and experience with Cloud implementation approach and methodology Good understanding of commercial and legal documents Strong background in building strategy, supporting sales and pre-sales by providing input into bids and proposals for Oracle HCM Cloud Excellent communication skills and strong passion for practice improvement and quality Excellent stakeholder engagement capability and the ability to talk to and present to c-level executives This pivotal role provides an excellent opportunity to join a progressive and growth-oriented practice within a leading organisation with substantial career opportunity.
