DXC Analytics leaders and consultants balance local knowledge and global best practice to address the critical data, AI and IOT challenges inherent in solving many complex customer business problems. DXC seeks to appoint a Practice Partner within its Analytics Consulting Practice in Australia & New Zealand. A senior role in DXC Analytics business reporting to the Managing Partner – Analytics. This role has been created to create new and consistent revenue streams by industry, drive increased sales conversion, improve quality of analytic solutions, and provide an increased focus on strategic client engagement and growth from identified accounts. This role will focus on strategies that provide effective and innovative planning. The role is expected to partner with analytics service leads to build portfolios of business that service client needs, from strategy and planning to program/service development; sales and solution governance, project funding/finance, solution definition, design and delivery for new and existing customers. Key responsibilities Develop client relationships: pursue and cultivate trusted advisor c-level relationships in order to drive client value. Identify and collaborate with industry, digital and client account leadership to drive analytics business Grow the business: qualify sales opportunities and prioritise activity to increase sales conversion. Create and implement innovative solutions: Lead the team to Identify issues that clients are / or should be concerned with and prioritise efforts to address these issues and frame solutions to solve the problems. Customer focus: Understand current and future client needs and frame them to deliver realisable client value Develop and engage the Analytics practice: Develop and grow the Analytics team through the identification of talent, set development plans for the team and proactively involve peers to create client value and expand the Analytics footprint Sales and solutions governance: manage pre-sales and delivery capacity to balance team workload, sales conversion and revenue achievement through quality outcomes Partner with Analytics Delivery: Ensure the right solution is sold every time. Play a key role in ensuring the sold solution is implemented for the client. Innovate and disrupt the market in the way that analytics solutions are sold and delivered Required Skills and experience Senior level analytics experience within a sales and delivery environment in consulting or software environment. Current or prior senior level analytics experience with a strategy or consulting firm. Track record in running a senior team with sales responsibilities Demonstrated track record of running a team with pre-sales and delivery responsibilities, managing competing priorities in order to deliver required sales targets every quarter. Track record of successful new business generation and of growing business. A demonstrated record of successful new business generation through increased sales conversion. Deep understanding of public/private sector.
