As a Microsoft Dynamics Support Consultant, you will be responsible for providing application support services to our clients, including investigation and resolution of incidents and service requests. This will also include business requirements gathering, implementation tasks, configuration, integration and testing. You will be an outgoing, ambitious individual with excellent people skills and solve problems and deliver excellent customer service. Most importantly, you will be an enthusiastic and reliable team player who will roll up their sleeves and get the work done. Key Responsibilities include: Undertake provision of application maintenance and support services for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Identify, investigate, prioritize and resolve issues quickly and efficiently as measured by service levels and overall client satisfaction Gathering and documenting Client functional requirements Complete customization and configuration of Dynamics and key third-party products/tools Creating or modifying reports Building and deploying integration solutions to connect Dynamics to third party products/software Update support documentation to keep information current and ensure appropriate processes are followed Key Requirements: Relevant tertiary qualification, ideally in Business, Computer Science, or similar. Demonstrated Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation or support experience Demonstrated Microsoft .NET development experience including C# (Plugins, Actions and Workflow) and JavaScript Experience with Microsoft BI stack (SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS and SSRS) Knowledge of Power BI/ PowerApps / Flow Knowledge of SharePoint Familiarization with Cloud-based technologies and deployment technologies. Have a basic understanding of ITIL key disciplines that include change control and Incident management Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Strong customer focus Excellent attention to detail Strong communication skills – written and verbal If you're interested in taking your next career step, apply now!
