Role Purpose Reporting to the Reward Director APAC, this role will support the APAC region to ensure the application of regional and global reward principles and the effective delivery of reward projects and annual reward processes within the 12 APAC markets. The role will be accountable for analysing data and applying best practice to provide clearly articulated insights and recommendations that drive better decisions on rewarding people. Key Accountabilities Undertake region-wide analysis and modelling to test affordability and impact of various reward plan strategies and designs, providing recommendations and insights Resolve moderately complex reward and benefits queries from Reward leads within APAC Markets, and benefit vendors Coordinate cyclical activity, in a lead role, with the reward lead/HR lead within the markets and roll up APAC-wide analysis and insights Undertake external and internal salary benchmarking Review role grading and provide recommendations on changes/alignment Prepare presentations on reward data and projects, distilling relevant key insights for the audience from complex data sets. Proactively collaborate with relevant stakeholders across the region and globe on reward practices and projects e.g. Finance, Global Reward, market Reward and HR community, Person Specification The successful candidate is a Reward professional with 5+ years' experience (preferably in multi-national corporations or consultancy environments), with knowledge of all aspects of generalist HR as well as remuneration and benefits including Performance and Reward frameworks, annual remuneration processes, market analysis, salary survey submissions and sound knowledge of the regulation and law applicable to remuneration and benefits. Highly numeric, structured and analytical with keen sense of attention to detail; Microsoft Excel “advanced user” Exposure to Job matching and job evaluation methodology Previous systems experience, preferably with Workday Experience managing smaller projects and providing well thought out deliverables Strong skills in gathering business requirements analysing complex databases and distilling insights Strong skills in managing multiple stakeholders across functions and markets Able to be agile and adaptable in a fast moving, evolving environment Self-motivated and proactive with a “can-do” attitude to finding pragmatic solutions Strong written and verbal communication skills Resilience and the ability to work autonomously Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resource Management or equivalent Working with us Joining dentsu international, you’ll join a team of 48,000 people.
