Job Description





A local MSP in Perth’s Southern suburbs is experiencing significant sales growth and is looking to add to the team. They are a well established business who are coming up for twenty years in operation and have grown through providing excellent service and building long term partnerships with a varied client base. This new role is part of a strategic growth plan.





Your new role:





You will work in a small team that encourages collaboration, but also ensures your day to day tasks are varied. You will add value to the business by providing quick and analytical thinking along with strong and personable customer service skills.







The core purpose of the role is to provide frontline help desk support including managing a variety of IT administration activities and solutions for our SME clients.





Taks will include:





- Proactively monitor and maintain client networks using MSP software solution



- Read and analyse all automated monitoring and agent-based emails



- Log any identified issues into the service desk application and resolve if possible



- Maintain client IT infrastructure and networks



- Assist in IT project work





Requirements



Essential





- Proficient with producing accurate documentation



- Strong desktop support skills for MS Windows 7 / 10



- MS Office 365



- Backup and recovery skills



- Networking skills



- Hardware experience



- Strong communication and troubleshooting skills





Desirable (or willing to learn)





- Knowledge of CCNA and Microsoft MCSE or similar



- Experienced with ticketing systems (i.e. Autotask) and RMM tools (i.e. N-Central)



- 3CX Phone System



- MS Exchange



- MS Intune



- Server Virtualization – ESX and Hyper-V



- Apple MAC
