Job Description

- Be a part of a dynamic team working environment, selling state-of-the-art LED lighting.

- Capitalise on creating relationships and developing new business across a broad industry network.

- Base Salary Between: $60,000-$90,000 + Super (Negotiable on Experience) with an OTE of $120,000.

About the Company…

For more than six years, The company has been providing reliable illumination to businesses and households, with their expertise in the energy-saving. By using state-of-the-art LED lighting and "green technology" solar power solutions, they have helped their customers save millions of dollars in energy expenses.

Due to their success in having over 10,000 happy clients,

they are now seeking to employ an additional Business Development Manager to pursue new business across the Sydney region.

About the Position…

The position requires a driven individual to develop new business and collaborate with a diverse range of clients. These include large industrial warehouses, car parks, retail shops, and parking lots, all of which are interested in lowering their energy use. You will be required to provide an estimate of recommendations that includes information such as cost savings, payback period, government incentives, and energy-efficient LED lighting, among other factors.

The Ideal Candidate…

The ideal candidate will be results-oriented with a minimum of two years’ sales experience and the ability to interact successfully with decisionmakers from a range of different industries. Further to this, the ideal candidate will have:

- Prior experience in the field of networking and developing new business.

- Experience in commercial real estate and/or strata management (Beneficial)

- Previous cold-calling and prospecting experience, with the ability to execute the sale.

- The client is responsible for establishing its own criteria.

- There are no leads included in the package.

- Previous cold-calling and prospecting experience

About the Benefits…

The company is offering a competitive base salary between $60,000-$90,000 plus superannuation, a comprehensive training programme and an infinite commission structure with tremendous earning potential to achieve above $120,000.
