Job Description


* Strong Identity & Access Management Domain Experience

* Investigates, analyzes, diagnoses, and recovers from Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) application related Incidents, performs Root Cause Analysis, and executes the standard Problem Management process.

* Interacts directly with internal customers while maintaining the highest degree of customer service

* Interacts with other IT support teams, including key suppliers, to collaborate on issue resolution and to escalate when appropriate

* Maintains issue and resolution information within the service desk database

* Maintains in-depth knowledge and understanding of the solution architecture.

Contributes to and maintains the base of EIAM knowledge through documenting and updating internal procedures and technical specifications, such as architectural diagrams, design documents, and process-related materials

* Evaluates, tests, and installs patches in multiple environments (development, QA, production)

* Assists in disaster recovery/business continuity tests and documentation

* Hands-on on Oracle Identity Manager 11g

* Operates in an (OIM) development role in response to project needs and enhancement requests

* Working knowledge of WebLogic for IDM support

* Experienced and hands-on with Java/J2EE(Struts, HTML, XML, JSP, JSF and XSLT) & Web services development

* Experienced in development of custom adapters, process tasks, schedulers and connectors

* Experienced in developing OIM 11g R2 plugins and event handlers

* Experienced in performing OIM package/Patch deployment (Exports and Imports)

* Working knowledge of SQL on Oracle Database 11g

* Provides maintenance support of the EIAM request catalog, roles, and rules

* Support access provisioning and certification processes to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency

* Maintains relevant skills through education and training opportunities and programs and stays current with industry trends Qualifications

* WebLogic Managed Server, SOA Administration

* LDAP knowledge (OUD, OVD preferred)

* Basic Linux system administration, database administration

* Identity Management system

* ITIL knowledge/certification is preferred but not required

* Experience in Oracle Identity Manager System Administration

* Experience in Oracle Identity Manager End User Administration

* Experience in Oracle Databases

* Deployments of components across environments

* Development of custom adapters and process tasks

* Development of process definitions and process forms

* Installation configuration and extension of the Out of the Box connectors

* Development and configuration of event handlers, schedulers and plugins

* Development of Email notification resolvers

* Development of custom connectors
