In this role you will use your knowledge of and passion for psychology. You will be trained to work in a range of the different sectors that we operate in, enhancing your technical and interpersonal skills and providing our customers with outstanding customer service. You will learn how to use our cloud-based technology to quickly and efficiently transact our various service offerings. Your duties will include researching and analysing an extremely wide range of psychological information, interacting with clients and colleagues to synthesise meaning and recommendations. Our job is to help our clients achieve their objectives through evidence-based psychological interventions.





You have a qualification in psychology, at least to degree level. You are also experienced in customer service and are known for your ability to respond quickly and effectively to customer needs. You are great at writing – you write quickly, clearly and well and have an eye for detail – the written word is crucial to our success. You are highly resilient and cope well with a range of challenges due to do your optimistic, positive and enthusiastic attitude to life. You are ambitious and seek to develop both professionally and in your career. If so this may well be the opportunity for you.
