The main function is to support the General Manager, Office Manager and Accountant with weekly and monthly administrative tasks that require completion in order to provide timely and high quality customer service, compliance reporting, invoicing.
The position will also provide administration support to the General Manager relating to new business and change initiatives.
• Weekly production of Compliance Service Reports for key customers
• Ensuring all completed jobs have downloaded images/checklists
• Reconciling and updating our CRM vs scheduling spreadsheets
• Monthly reconciliation and exception reporting of planned vs actual preventative maintenance jobs
• Project support work with GM:
- Image sourcing for new website
- New CRM project support: research, testing, data transfer
- Marketing and business development support as needed
• At least two years of work experience in administration, executive assistance or relevant role • Strong English communication skills both written and verbal • Strong computer literacy MS office skills, Dropbox, Google etc • Experience with CRM systems • Willing to lean, ask questions and ask for more • Organised with a proven ability to work unsupervised
