We currently have an opportunity to join an exciting new solution in the FMCG space for a Graduate Recruitment Manager on a 6 month contract basis. Based in Homebush,
you will be instrumental in driving the success of the graduate recruitment delivery offering while working closely with the broader People and Culture team. You will assist in the full end-to-end graduate recruitment process - from set-up and execution to on-boarding - with support at coordination level and efficiencies that are available with the latest ATS.
Having a background in high volume and/or graduate recruitment you will not only be passionate about delivering campaign recruitment but also able to build engagement with a range of senior and diverse stakeholders.
It goes without saying that you will have extensive experience and should be preferably from an in-house recruitment and leadership capability and be able to demonstrate prior success in delivering operational excellence across a volume and/or graduate talent function. Preferably degree qualified you will be service orientated, outcomes focused and enjoy working in a team environment,
