We are currently recruiting for a Senior Product Manager – Vascular Access Portfolio, Australia & New Zealand to join our Division based at our head office in North Ryde. This role will see you responsible for various marketing activities which include,
but are not limited to: Lead the development of annual strategic marketing plan and manage all the portfolio marketing mix requirements including promotional activities, pricing strategies, budgeting and forecasting. Deliver effective programs to grow existing products and launch new ones, demonstrating competency in product lifecycle management. Drive the Vascular Access portfolio toward their annual sales, cost and profitability objectives by providing leadership to the 3M sales teams and other cross functional stakeholders Work with supply, procurement and kit and pack manufacturers to deliver locally driven products Liaise with 3M APAC to leverage global programs and activate them in ANZ based on local needs. Work in close collaboration with the scientific education and clinical specialist team to deliver medical educational activities aligned to strategy Foster relationships with external advocacy groups, associations and key opinion leaders within the Vascular space. The successful person will have: Minimum of 4 years relevant marketing experience in health care industry with a passion for patients, clinicians and quality of provision of health care solutions Degree or Post Graduate qualifications in marketing, business, commerce, or related-health sciences Experience in business & strategic planning, event management and familiarization with integrated marketing execution using CRMs and marketing automation platforms You have demonstrated experience working with sales and clinical teams, clinicians, hospitals, key opinion leaders, channel partners, scientific affairs, advertisers/agencies and supply Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks on a weekly and daily basis An ability to navigate and master multiple systems and processes to get the job done with a no-fuss attitude At 3M we offer: The opportunity to be part of an innovation led organization that is invested in the medical market Tailored high potential and leadership development training programs Strong career path and competitive salary for the right candidate An organisational culture of transparency and honesty, both internally and with customers and partners, with 3M being named one of the 2021 World’s Most Ethical Companies by Ethisphere for the 8th year in a row Modern facilities including free onsite parking
