Who are we looking for?

Our Aged Care Services portfolio is embarking on a journey of growth and transformation. To help us along this journey, we have created a new leadership role to drive business efficiencies, along with mentoring a team of administrative staff.

As the Customer Service Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative work and staff across Health & Wellness Services. You will engage and support your team to streamline business and administrative processes which will support efficient delivery of services.

What can you expect to be doing?

- Lead and influence the administrative team to support a strong customer service delivery and facilitate change management

- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with the Health and Wellness leadership team, including all levels of management across the organisation

- Model and deliver a continuous improvement approach to all business and administrative processes

- Provide ongoing administrative support to the Leadership team, including the preparation and management of quality accreditation and compliance information including customer, employee, safety and quality data.

What do you need to bring?

- Strong understanding of business process development with experience in developing quality systems and audit processes.

- Previous experience leading and developing individuals within a team

- Proven ability to perform statistical collation and manipulation for report generation and billing purposes

- Able to demonstrate a high level of computer proficiency, especially in MS Office
