We support the energy systems that power companies, economies and careers. And increasingly, we’re developing sustainable tech that makes for a cleaner planet.
Here, you matter. You’ll work with good people who care. And you’ll be proud to get the job done better, by making improvements along the way. We’re accelerating towards an exciting future, led by progressive, people-focused leaders. That means new opportunities for our customers, our company and you. Help us make it happen.
Our Supply Chain team delivers a totally integrated platform built on leading technology and supply chain. This is where our new Supply Chain Manager comes in.
How You'll Grow With Us
Club Assist is ready to grow and we’re enhancing the Supply Chain team to help drive sustainable growth. Supporting the GM of Supply Chain, you’ll ensure that Supply Chain remains a competitive advantage of the business.
As a seasoned professional with extensive supply chain, procurement and logistics management experience, you’ll help to transform the current Supply Chain offering to the next level of excellence for our key stakeholders to leverage and to enable the organisation to achieve its objectives.
In this varied role, you’ll manage both large- and small-scale Business Improvement Projects, which drive better cost efficiencies and streamline business processes to be leaner and more efficient. You’ll also benchmark, standardise, and document Supply Chain processes, leveraging and optimising the functionalities of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 systems.
As an effective influencer, you’ll work closely with the operations leaders and their supply chain teams to achieve operational objectives in service delivery, cost, quality, and inventory turnover. You’ll also work with the Distribution managers and internal stakeholders with tools and training to ensure stock accuracy (system vs physical) and real-time accurate movement of physical goods.
Being able to analyse the network design and recommend optimised solutions for transport and storage and assisting with analysis on inventories to maximise inventory turns, reduce waste and slow-moving inventory, manage consignment stocks and maximise scrap or core returns, will see you excel in this role.
Providing information and recommendation for the future growth of the business is a critical part of this role. Working with the Financial Planning & Analysis team you’ll ensure that stock movements are aligned with Financial movements in Dynamics 365, to achieve the best financial results for the business. As well as designing, generating, and monitoring relevant reports and communicate with the management team on these results monthly.
What You’ll Supply
You someone who thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment and are fulfilled by making a tangible difference in improving holistic supply chain management. You’ll bring a system and process-driven approach and will drive sustainable improvement that decreases costs and streamlines business processes.
With significant experience in change and transformation, you’ll embed a culture of standardisation that sees consistent and efficient Supply Chain SOP’s and standard ways of working, ultimately becoming the Supply Chain SME for the systems and processes across the business.
To make the right impact, you’ll have extensive experience in Supply Chain management, ideally, with a post-graduate qualification in Supply Chain or a related field and APICS/ASCI or CIPS qualifications. You’ll have a strong track record of delivering effective operational outcomes that deliver service metrics with improvement in cost, quality and inventory turnover.
With your systems and process-driven mindset, you’ll have a strong working knowledge of Supply Chain and ERP systems. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience would be an advantage.
We can get into more detail about the technical aspects of the role but we’re primarily focused on the outcomes. If you’ve got a solid track record of delivering sustainable improvement that decreases costs and streamlines business processes – this is what matters most.
So, if you want to work with a truly integrated and high-performing team and help to transform the current Supply Chain offering to the next level of excellence, then we're eager to hear from you.
