Apple's ANZ Education team is looking for a programs operations specialist with a passion for creating and delivering incredible experiences that help educators and students transform their learning. You’ll manage complex delivery of virtual and physical programs in a fast paced environment through collaborating with the broader education team and have the agility to use tools and analytics to orchestrate and measure the impact of the initiatives delivered.





At the end of the day, we are here to grow Apple’s education business and support our customers and those who are selling our solutions. In our team, we collaborate with marketing, business operations, IS&T;, channel resellers, and third party providers, both inside and outside Apple, to create and execute sales strategies, field marketing campaigns, and educational programs that enable the most impactful adoption of our learning solutions. We create customer experiences that help teachers connect with and retain our messaging, and help drive strategies and tactics to improve discoverability.



You’ll work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where quality, creativity, and accountability are expected.

Project management, customer experience design and marketing qualifications desirable.





Description



You have a passion for and deep experience with physical and virtual programmatic customer experience design and execution, and can develop plans that deliver event experiences through a smooth process that successfully orchestrates the efforts of the wider program management team. Your organisational prowess also helps ensure that the critical wider sales operations - from purchasing and vendor management, to equipment and team communications - run smoothly at all times.

You excel at leading and managing the process, budgets and reflection process for our programs. You can find solutions to maximise our programs return on investment, as well as identify areas to invest in that help deliver experiences that reinforce Apple’s values, enhance the brand and deliver greater customer engagement. Your natural curiosity and analytical approach helps you reflect on a program’s effectiveness against goals through interpretation of qualitative and quantitative data, helping us to continuously enhance our programs. To achieve this you have hands on experience with Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and/or similar tools.



Working to continuously refine how we work, you enjoy working with others to test new solutions and technology that can deliver operational efficiencies. You have experience designing workflows with Wrike or other similar project management tools, and have a natural technical aptitude that serves you well with collaborating with other technical teams within Apple.



You can deal with ambiguity and have the ability to embrace and pivot as the strategy evolves. You understand preparation is vital to your success and strive for excellence in all aspects of your role to meet the Apple standard. You bring the highest level of integrity, honesty, and accountability in all that you do, every single day.





Education & Experience



We anticipate you will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
