Job Number Full/Part Time Schedule Salary 23649359 Full Time 8AM - 5PM $55,000 - $108,500 Position Information The Development Coordinator will implement specific stewardship plans and fundraising activities. This position provides support for the relationship building and fundraising efforts for the college. This position will coordinate fundraising programs and events, work with front-line fundraising staff, faculty and students, volunteers and other university staff in establishing and maintaining relationships with all university constituents. The Development Coordinator will provide administrative and event support to the College's development staff.

Education Education Requirements Degree Requirement Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training. Required

Experience Experience Requirement 2 - 4 years of related experience. Required Minimum 2 years of experience with development in a Higher Education Environment Preferred Experience with graphic design and marketing. Preferred

Minimum Requirements Good written and interpersonal communication skills to establish and maintain good working relationships throughout the organization and with outside constituencies.

Good organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills.

Skills in maintaining confidentiality.

Working knowledge of the location, its vision, mission, goals, objectives, achievements and infrastructure.

Preferred Qualifications Working knowledge of applicable laws, rules, regulations, policies, etc.

Working knowledge of fundraising, donor relations and public relations concepts, principles, procedures and techniques.
