Leviat designs and manufactures a wide range of high integrity steel fixings, providing strength and stability to concrete structures around the world from architecturally ambitious high-rise developments and landmark sporting stadia to major bridges, tunnels and highways.

Products include ANCON lifting, fixing and anchoring systems for precast concrete, reinforcing bar couplers, reinforcement continuity systems, punching shear reinforcement and shear load connectors, CONNOLLY and ISIDIO concrete jointing systems for ground slabs and HALFEN Anchor Channels.

About the role

This HR Administrator will support the HR Manager with day to day administration for the department while supporting the delivery of the HR services to support business priorities and objectives. In this role you will be:

- Following the starter and leaver processes for employees, including agency.

- Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices.

- General day to day administration tasks including scanning and filing.

- Generating new employee starter packs and onboarding documentation & processes.

- Organising and processing HR files in a safe and confidential way.

- Providing relevant HR data in a concise and structured way required by the HR Manager.

- Sending HR communications out to the wider teams, including maintenance of notice boards.

- Providing admin support to the senior management team as required.

- Taking the lead on various admin tasks, including calendar management, booking

appointments, interviews, and trainings, managing correspondence, preparing memos, job

ads, taking notes and minutes at meetings, etc.

About you

We are looking for candidates who have the following essential skills and attributes:

- A basic knowledge of HR documents and understanding of relevant IR legislation

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with advanced English language skills

- Confidentiality with professional behaviour and ability to work in a discreet and responsible way

- Ability to build trust with employees and line management

- Ideally worked within a fast paced manufacturing environment

- An enthusiastic person with a can do attitude able to work on own initiative

- Methodical, organised with ability to prioritise

- Accurate with good attention to detail
