Job description:

- Manage a portfolio of senior level executives by proactively engaging with them on a bi-monthly basis to understand their priorities and assist them to successfully deliver against these.

- Educate clients on how best to utilize Gartner’s market research, data, and insights.

- Collaborate with internal partners to ensure clients are receiving value and renew their services.

- Problem solve and bring timely resolution to complex challenges.

Preferred skills

- Bachelor’s degree

- 3+ years of experience in a professional business setting

- Interest or previous experience working in the technology industry

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Proven success in building and maintaining strong business relationships

- Strong competency with computer-based tools including Microsoft Office and CRM system(s)

- Comfortable being measured on client utilization and retention
