The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has become available in the Materials Lifecycle Group at CSL Behring. We are seeking a Materials Lifecycle Associate to join our dynamic team at our Broadmeadows site. The purpose of the role is to coordinate the production, maintenance and obsoletion of printed packaging materials.

The role will suit someone who is detail-oriented and organised, with an ability to work independently and prioritise workload to meet timelines. They will also thrive in coordinating cross-functional activities to support projects and ensure manufacturing continuity.

The Role

Reporting to the Materials Lifecycle Project Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

Support local and global projects by being the E2E labelling expert.

Manage change control actions and documentation updates.

Prepare and maintain printed material specifications for site reference use.

Maintain accurate and complete electronic records of all printed materials for the site.

Participate in master production schedule meetings to contribute in the planning of product release impacted by printed material issues.

Manage the relationship and communication with suppliers for artwork and notify Category Manager of any problems or issues with materials.

Strong attention to detail

Strong organisational skills

Ability to work in a project-driven and result-oriented environment and prioritise accordingly.

A sound understanding of GxP principles

Experience in a regulated industry (pharmaceutical industry preferred but not essential)

Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Familiarity in working with change control systems.
