Aside from running the day-to-day operations of the office the Office Experience Manager will lead our team culture initiatives and apply their passion for people by creating a fun and supportive work environment where everyone is excited to come to work each day. Key Role Responsibilities: Welcoming and attending to guests of Broadsheet.Ensuring the smooth, effective and efficient running of the office.Ensuring the office environment is beautifully presented and clean and tidy.Continuously look for ways to improve our employee experience.Maintaining office equipment including printers, phones and coffee machines.Working with office contractors including cleaners and IT.Owning the overall strategy and organisation of culture building activities including: national team meetings, staff parties, away days and client functions.Creating a culture committee in Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide to ensure there is a unified experience for all employees making Broadsheet the best place to work.Inducting new employees including introductions, office tour, explanation and demonstration of systems and employee handbook.Managing the logistics of Broadsheet's in-house cookbook distribution including liaising with the storage facility, ensuring sufficient stock is available, responding to orders, packing, shipping and responding to enquiries.Managing our image licensing including responding to enquiries, liaising with photographers and customer invoicing. Your Skills & Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience working in a similar role.Excellent planning and organisational skills and familiarity with office management procedures.Strong interpersonal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate professionally to a variety of stakeholders.Ability to effectively time manage and prioritise tasksStrong computer skills: MS Office, Google Web Based applications, Slack.Enjoy working in a team but have the capacity to work independently.Excellent attention to detail.
