The Opportunity & Team

At Bega, our Sales team are high achievers! When you work with us, we’ll give you an experience like no other. Working alongside some of the best and brightest, you’ll service our Independent Grocery, Structured Convenience and local trade accounts across the Rockhampton and Gladstone regions. This role is a fixed term contract position commencing as soon as possible until December 2021.

As a key member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing sales through the distribution and product visibility of the Bega Dairy & Drinks portfolio to achieve key business objectives and priorities.

Specifically, you will have the ability to:

- Achieve marketplace sales growth

- Manage and maintain strong customer relationships

- Be an engaged and collaborative team member

Therefore, we are looking for a highly personable character capable of building strong commercial customer relationships built on trust and has a passion for getting stuck in and making it happen.
