Job Description





This is an initial 6 month contract with the opportunity to be considered for a permanent role.  The Call Centre works with rolling rosters between the core hours of 8.00am and 6.00pm.  



The Call Centre is a busy, yet supportive inbound / outbound contact centre backed by an excellent management team who will support you in your role. Upon commencement you will undertake an intense two weeks training to allow you to provide the highest customer service, answering calls from patients and healthcare professionals.

Key accountabilities include: 



- Delivering high quality contact centre services for multiple medical imaging clinics 

- Responding to calls in a timely, professional and caring manner to manage bookings and maximise clinic efficiency

- Providing excellent customer service and patient care

- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff and managers





Qualifications





Key selection criteria:



- Strong customer service skills and experience

- Bring initiative, proactive problem-solving skills.

- Previous high volume call centre experience handling complex enquiries (inbound desirable)

- Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn

- Strong computer skills and experience using multiple programs simultaneously

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
