We are currently seeking a Store Support as part of our dynamic team in Australia.

Job Description

Your opportunity

The role of Store Support reports directly to the Store Operations Manager and/or Associate Store Operations Manager and is responsible for executing all back of house and customer service duties,

including but not limited to the duties listed below. This role also must achieve back of house efficiency whilst working and complying with all Gucci and Kering policies, procedures and guidelines

How you will contribute

Work with management team to understand sales trends and arrange back of house stock is easily accessibleEnsure product labels are constantly maintained to reflect accurate stock positioning, including but not limited to sizing segregation, style segregation, department and functionalityEnsure product locations are consistently updated on LUCEEnsure that pathways and stock accessibility is clear from rubbish, left over stock, cartonsAssist to complete the sku capacity report seasonally or as directed by your line manager, in order to maximise efficient use of available spaceEnhance client experience by ensuring Client Advisors are able to access correct stock, in a timely mannerEnsure stock is unpacked, neat and tidy with correct skus attachedNeatness and tidying of all back of house areas including merchandise and non-merchandise (VM tools, packaging, stationary, hospitality orders, uniform etc)Manage the ordering process for non-merchandising tools as approved by your managementEnsure instore devices (iPads, scanners etc) are working accurately, raising tickets with KeringConnect when requiredEnsure that inbound and outbound shipments have accurate ticketsEnsure that physical stock is matching with bill of lading (packing list)Ensure that number of cartons received matches number of cartons dispatchedEnsure all tickets match physical items with accurate current commercial pricing as per the relevant inventory systemComplete price event tasks (including printing price event tickets, updating tickets, matching quantity of tickets printed to the quantity of stock on hand, etc.) meeting deadlinesEnsure that cycle counts (by department)and investigations are constantly conducted and thoroughly investigated, completing these on average four times a week. Send all completed investigations and cycle counts, after consulting your direct line manager, to the appropriate inventory controller in Finance and complete follow up as requiredAccurate participation, preparation and investigation of bi-annual stocktakesInvestigation and rectification of inventory discrepancies, including highlighting inventory inaccuracies including negative stock on hand to your direct management immediatelyAccurately action store to store (STS) transfer requests and consolidations, based on merchandising guidelines as well as ensuring appropriate approvals are obtained if required, meeting required deadlinesHighlight all issues and discrepancies immediately to your direct manager

Who you are

Previously worked in a retail support position (back of house, inventory, delivery, etc.)Prior customer service experience desirablePrevious experience in a similar role, ideally from a high-volume retail or service-based industry preferably in the luxury environmentProven strong operational performance within a high volume and high turnover retail environment, leading a team. Other relevant service sector experience may be considered.
