The purpose of the Board Support Administrator is to assist the Workplace Support Manager in leading and delivering property, building, technology & administrative support services in a timely and consistent manner to provide a great employee experience for Telstra Executives and their support. Below are the Key Responsibilities:
Provide a premium Event Support service to our CEOLT/ Board and colleagues providing a brilliant employee & customer experience for Telstra employees working in our buildings including location, catering and guest management in and out of business hours (as needed) for Executives including CEOLT, Board and Telstra Employees. Map and communicate with internal Executive stakeholders and representatives to prioritise and evaluate their needs and develop best customer service offerings. Collaborate with stakeholders and suppliers to report progress on allocated tasks, ensuring and improving quality in accordance with specified parameters and adapting to change when necessary Providing and improving on an excellent customer service style that follows company values and best practices. Analyse customer and team interactions and adjust service delivery and offering. Handle complaints from employees. To be successful in the role, you will have: Customer Service Experience preferred Demonstrated ability to solve problems Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly Demonstrate a keen interest in technology Previous experience within hospitality, retail or hotel would be highly regarded At Telstra, you’ll build your skills through a holistic development approach including training, business partnering and opportunities to nurture professional relationships.
