They are meant for real-world reliability www.spectralasers.com Job Summary We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to take sole responsibility for our Oceania Region. You will win, maintain and expand relationships with channel partners in a region forecasted for an exciting 30% growth. As a successful Regional Sales Manager you will achieve revenue targets through implementing and reinforcing solid sales practices and execution of agreed Marketing Action Plan (MAP). Your primary responsibility is to represent the entire range of Precision Tools to assigned partners. As our Regional Sales Manager you will work remotely travelling up to 70% of the time (once travel is an option again) building solid client relationships. You will be part of an international team reporting directly to the Business Area Director for Precision Tools. This is a remote full time, permanent position therefore as long as you live in Australia this role can be done from anywhere. What you'll do: Maintain and grow a network of dealers in the tool shop, rental, internet, light equipment and positioning dealer channels Manage contracts and pricing negotiations Assist in key customer demonstrations, open house events, training and presentations Participation and attendance in trade shows, roadshows and user group events Leads solution development efforts that best address end-user needs Knowledge of competitive manufacturers or other competitor distributor activities in the region Maintain CRM database including completion of sales reports and update sales contacts What success looks like: Achieve assigned sales quota in designated partner accounts and drive channel partners to grow projected sales Complete partner account plans that meet company standards Maintain high partner satisfaction ratings that meet company standards Complete required training, customer presentations and development objectives within the assigned time frame. What you'll bring: First and foremost we are looking for someone who is a self starter, highly motivated and has an unquenchable passion for driving sales and exceeding customer expectations all with significant autonomy. The below are some preferred skills or experience: Bachelor’s degree or 10 years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience in selling to construction supplier shops (materials, tools etc.) Familiarity with technology, concepts and construction applications Strong sales and sales management skills, interpersonal skills and presentation skills Ability to quickly learn and integrate new technologies into sales activities. experience within power tools, construction supplies or construction laser industry. You’ll be comfortable with extensive travel, for right now, have a good internet connection for video calling.
