High performing candidates are encouraged to apply for an exciting leadership opportunity within the Sunshine Hospital Pharmacy Department. As the Senior Pharmacist for Clinical Co-ordination, you will lead a large and enthusiastic clinical pharmacy team to provide Best Care for the patients at Sunshine Hospital. The department is committed to the continual improvement of pharmacy services and this role is pivotal to achieving this goal.

This is a permanent full time Grade 3 Pharmacist position, available from June.

To be successful in this role, you will:

- Hold general registration as a pharmacist with the Pharmacy Board of Australia (AHPRA)

- Have a proven record of achievement as a clinical pharmacist in a public hospital setting with highly developed clinical and communication skills

- Knowledge and understanding of all relevant aspects of pharmacy services, and a demonstrated ability to practice in accordance with SHPA Standards of Practice for Clinical Pharmacy.

- Knowledge and understanding of different learning and supervision styles, and an ability to apply these styles to teaching staff with a broad range of abilities and skills.

- Demonstrated capability to meet multiple time constraints and to determine workload priorities in order to complete targets by the set deadline
