Position Overview:

The role exists to ensure business results are achieved working closely with TCCC Group, Local Frontline Teams and our Bottler partners. It works closely with the Australia Franchise Operations Director; to manage operations in Australia identifying and capturing new opportunities across the business.  Jointly leads the growth agenda of the “new partnerships” with Bottlers and New Partners operations aligned with central strategy.

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for achieving business growth (Revenue, OI, Share & Execution) in KO and Bottler, by shaping and implementing core capabilities and managing franchise leadership within Complete Portfolio,

multi channels and the KO System. 

- Leads the implementation of Coca-Cola Company’s vision, with strong connections internally and externally, able to identify business opportunities and translate them into concrete actions with an agile and effective decision making.

- Manages the day to day operations of the frontline franchise incl. marketing, commercial and financial; Leads localization of plans; monitors evolution of key indicators to achieve BP objectives

- In partnership with the “Bottler” manages projects with them and leads the RTM, execution and commercialization of them from concept to launch; establishing business systems and procedures and KPIs

- Develops processes and systems to increase sales effectiveness and maximize resource allocation.

- Wire with other regions and operations (even international) peers to ensure best practice sharing and alignment.

- Develop people and system capability and ensure a productive relationship with the bottlers at all levels

Education Requirements:

- Tertiary qualifications

Related Work Experience:

5+ years within the TCCC System or within the Industry. Desired experience in Bottling, Marketing and Commercial. Recommended experience in Sales, Marketing, Commercial Strategy Experience and understanding of channel and customer
