<strong>Orange or Parramatta<p><p> <p><p><strong> <strong><p><ul type="disc"><li><strong>Salary starting from $111,077.00 plus superannuation<strong><li><li><strong>Various roles to fill – ongoing and fixed term<strong><li><li><strong>Establishment of a talent pool for ongoing and temporary opportunities of the same role or role type that may become available over the next 18 months<strong><li><ul><br><p><strong> <strong><p><p> <p><p>The DPIE Cluster Finance team are seeking applications from passionate and energetic Finance Professionals to manage the financial accounting function of the Department of Planning, Industry and Environment and other Cluster agencies through the provision of expert analysis, advice and recommendations across a range of complex financial issues.<p><p> <p><p>This role will provide an opportunity to use your professional and technical expertise to actively engage with business teams across the Cluster. This is a great opportunity to build your network, provide excellent customer service and develop a deeper understanding of the services delivered by our Cluster.<p><p> <p><p>You will have a range of <a>responsibilities<a> which could include:<p><p> <p><ul><li>Developing and implementing financial policies, procedures and systems to meet the Department’s statutory and NSW Treasury reporting obligations<li><li>Coordinating the preparation and submission of monthly financial data to Treasury<li><li>Preparing statutory financial statements<li><ul><br><p> <p><p><strong> <strong><p><p><strong> <strong><p><p><a><strong>About You<strong><a><p><p>The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience as a senior member of the finance team within a large multi-faceted organisation as well as experience preparing financials to audit standards.
