Provide advice and administrative support to domestic and international partnership projects and programs with a focus on Health.

- Part Time (0.5FTE), Fixed Term position (ends 31st December 2021)

About the position

This position reports to the Associate Provost (Academic Partnerships) in the College of Science, Health and Engineering and provides advice and administrative support in the implementation of strategies to ensure the delivery of key services within both the Academic Partnerships and International portfolios.

The primary function of this role is to support the management of the College’s strategic health partnerships under the University’s Partner of Choice framework. The incumbent will provide a range of analysis and research recommendations, will organise and support committees, working parties and other activities, and will actively contribute to or manage projects and programs across the portfolios involving liaison with internal and external stakeholders.

Skills & Experience

To be considered for this position, you will have an undergraduate degree in any area relevant to the position with at least 4 years subsequent experience; or extensive experience and management expertise; or an equivalent alternate combination of relevant knowledge, training and/or experience. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, excellent research and problem-solving skills, and a high level of organisation. You will also have experience managing complex partnership records and agreements, with a focus on Health partnerships.
