Sales Enablement Lead - Project APEX APJ Join Dell Technologies as a Sales Enablement Lead on our as-a-Service Portfolio Marketing Strategy Team in APJ to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact. This role will partner across the business to develop strategies and programs to support sales learning and enablement in APJ for the APEX/as-a-Service charter. These will be inclusive of both training and customer engagement programs for our transformation to an as-a-Service model – known here as Project APEX. This is a critical role on a fast-growing team that will help usher in a new era for Dell, with the opportunity to make an impact on Day One. What you’ll achieve Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Sales Enablement, you will be responsible for sales enablement execution and scale for APEX across APJ sales and presales teams and ambassador programs, working closely with leadership across marketing, sales and product management. The team experience will be unique – a start-up venture within an established organization, helping to transform the ways we go to market and the ways we collaborate as an organization to drive adoption of our services. There will be ambiguity, there will be challenges, and we can guarantee you there will be fun. You will: Own the execution and scalability of sales enablement across all APJ for APEX and as-a-Service Lead APJ regional sales, presales and ambassador enablement Collaborate with your peers in the Americas and EMEA to develop and fulfill a comprehensive enablement plan for your region Be the go-to point of contact for sales, presales and the APEX Ambassador programs in region Take the first step towards your dream career! Here’s what we are looking for in this role: Essential Requirements 5+ years of sales or presales experience in the IT industry Strong background in facilitation and PowerPoint skills to develop compelling stories and visual presentations Solid understanding of as-a-Service business and technology Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities and great collaboration skills to work across marketing and sales teams. Strategic and systems thinking approach when solving complex problems Desirable Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Strong background in presenting to live and virtual audiences Ability to educate and mentor large groups Understanding of cloud trends and business value
