On behalf of our client, I am looking for an Administration Assistant to support a busy period in a large Financial Services firm based in the centre of the CBD. With iconic office, a great social culture and an opportunity to stay at the business for up to 6 months on an on-going temporary contract this role is ideal for those on the Working Holiday Visa or those looking for a temporary position.



Typical responsibilities include but are not limited to:



- Formatting documents.

- Reception Cover.

- Processing invoices.

- Data entry.

- Booking meetings.

- Taking minuets.

- Diary management for the team.

- Expense management.





This is an ideal role for an individual who has existing administration experience and is eager to get a well-known Financial Services brand on their CV. We are looking for someone who is switched-on, positive energy and wants to work hard to make an impression on a business.
