If you require reasonable adjustment during the recruitment process, please call or text the contact for this role.<em><p><p> <p><p><strong>What we are looking for:<strong><p><p>Highly motivated and experienced professionals to join Local Land Services (LLS) as Senior Land Services Officers (SLSO), to deliver natural resource management (NRM) and land management outcomes across the state.<p><p>Natural Resource Management (NRM) Professionals<p><p>These senior roles deliver key extension and advisory services to farmers, landholders and community within Local Land Services. Opportunities through this Talent Pool for successful candidates will be to develop and implement key natural resource, riverine andor catchment management projects and related initiatives, and provide advice and services to resolve complex natural resource, riverine or catchment management and related soil, land and agricultural issues.<p><p> <p><p>Land Management Professionals<p><p>These senior roles work with landholders in the implementation of land management legislation and assessment of related applications. Opportunities through this Talent Pool for successful candidates will be to lead project teams and liaise and influence landholders on best practice and their responsibilities under the code.<p><p><br>For more information on the role you can download the <a href="s:files.jobs.me9d4e">role description.<a><br><br><p><p><strong>About You:<strong><p><p>The ideal candidates will have:<p><ul><li>Previous experience andor qualifications in Land Management andor Natural Resource Management;<li><li>Previous experience engaging and forming strong relationships with landholders;<li><li>Proven experience in leading and taking charge of projects, with strong written and verbal communication skills;<li><li>Previous experience supervising team members and providing support where needed;<li><ul><p><br>Having a positive and solution focused attitude, you’ll be able to think creatively and solve complex problems for both yourself and others as they arise.
