The role is to provide Physiotherapy clinical services and evaluate the introduction of the Little Big Steps program.<br > <br > <br > <b>What you'll be doing<b><span><span><p> <div style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:14px;">The physiotherapist will provide clinical services to inpatients andor outpatients as determined by the particular role (Oncology – Kids Cancer Centre). The physiotherapist will provide evidence based care within a multidisciplinary and family centred context, and utilise holistic physiotherapy models of care. Participation is required in ongoing education, teaching, evidence based practice and quality improvement activities.  <br > The Level 3 Physiotherapist will contribute at an advanced level to:  <br > •  Planning, development and evaluation of physiotherapy services.  <br > •  Development, implementation and evaluation of policies, procedures and practice guidelines for patient care.     <br > • Liaison with community based services relevant to the patient population.              <br > The Level 3 Oncology Physiotherapist will coordinate the provision of inpatient and outpatient physiotherapy for Oncology patients according to Physiotherapy Department policies, KCC and Little Big Steps Project funding. This position also  includes the responsibility the Little Big Steps Project KPIperformance quarterly reporting Close liaison with the Oncology Multidisciplinary Team including the Inpatient & Outreach services and the Physiotherapy Department is essential.  <span><span><div> <div style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;"> <div> <div style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;"> <div> <div> <div style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;"> <p style="font-family: Arial"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>Selection Criteria:<strong><span><span><p> <ol> <li><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:14px;">Recognised qualification in Physiotherapy and AHPRA registration<span><span><li> <li><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:14px;">Demonstrated experience in relevant clinical areas including oncology, acute rehabilitation and neurology.
