Position Summary As a Proposition Sales Specialist at Refinitiv, you will be a problem solver who loves change and innovation while controlling the big picture. We are seeking a driven sales professional who is undaunted by failure, upbeat and an "outside of the box" problem solver. This role will give you the opportunity to drive new sales across the Pacific by selling our Digital and Wealth Advisor Solutions to both existing and new clients. Based in Sydney as part of the Wealth Proposition Sales team, you will be responsible for pro-actively prospecting, qualifying and closing new sales opportunities. You will be the subject matter expert to pre-sales and pursuit activities,

you will act in of support Account Managers and Solution Sales focusing on all sales (new, cross-sells, up-sells) for our Wealth Proposition with both existing and new customers. You will lead on deals aligned to specific propositions and serve accounts within a defined territory. You will work in close partnership with internal partners to proactively drive gross sales and revenue. Role Responsibilities Develop and execute the sales strategy for Wealth proposition across given Territory Provide insights and share Refinitiv thought leadership on Wealth proposition with customers Deliver customer demonstrations on Wealth propositions Identify and generate sales to existing and new customers through the deployment of a consultative sales process Grow Refinitiv’s Wealth market share Strong ability to collaborate with internal operational and account management teams Act as an advocate for customer needs to the business Collaborate with partners to further entrench/scale the wealth proposition Promote insights relevant to customers’ workflow and act as a voice of the customer internally, encouraging back their experiences Experience and Qualifications Required Tried sales experience, with a consistent record of selling wealth products and services into the financial services industry A strong understanding of the Australian and New Zealand Wealth Management Industry including trends and competitor offerings A solutions selling mentality with the ability to drive long term sales cycle deals with multiple partners Understanding of technology trends – Digital Transformation, Blockchain, Cloud, Big Data etc and delivery mechanisms - FTP, API A self-starter who demonstrates the following characteristics – Commitment, Curiosity, Courage and Confidence Strong, communication skills with a 'flexible professional demeanor' Comfortable presenting at all levels in an organization Ability to get along with customers in a consultative, face-to-face selling environment in a way that builds value for the customer and facilitates opportunities for future sales Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, constantly evolving and rapidly growing product sales environment Critical thinking skills; consistent track record to plan and execute sales strategies A Great Teammate – ability to collaborate with multiple internal partners to win sophisticated deals
