How you will add value



Reporting to the Director, Rewards & Fintech and as a member of the eCom and Brand & Reputation Leadership teams, your time will be spent on defining and growing brands and propositions that our customers love, driving advocacy and enhancing our core purpose and values. Support our connected customer aspiration by maintaining a consistent expression across our marketing communication, channels and customer experiences. In addition, you will also lead a phenomenal, experienced team in a fast paced, ever changing agile environment.



In this role, you will also:



Ensure alignment with Group Brand & Reputation (Brand Strategy, Proposition & Expression) A consistent execution in communication, creative, campaigns and channel (even if not directly managed by the team) Ensure teams are set up for success with the skills to deliver outcomes in the tribe. Clarity on expectations and open communication with Tribes Set the strategy and positioning for eCom brands - who we are, what we stand for and how we are positioned and how we come across. Driven by customer insights, needs and missions Define and manage how brands come to life - not just in marketing Create and lead key strategic marketing propositions across WX Define how we deliver compelling brand and proposition strategies and plans on how we should operate Lead the creative expression for WX brands: core assets, creative systems, communication, logo, icons, colour, TOV, typography etc Build, lead and inspire a high performing and experienced, brand and proposition chapter

About you



You will be a strategic thinker, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Your ability to lead and influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams across the business will be vital in this role. Naturally, you will have deep expertise in Marketing Strategy, Brand and Proposition Constructs as well as Brand Comms and Creative. You will be an effortless communicator with the ability to forge and foster positive relationships and partnerships. Ideally, you will have had Chapter Leadership experience, eCom and experience in retail.
