What your typical day will look like?



We are looking for a Social Media Account Manager to join our team. This is a great opportunity to work in a growing team on a market leading client and develop your career!



As an Account Manager in our Social and Innovation team,

you will be responsible for leading the day to day management of key accounts including managing media schedules, content calendar, briefing agency partners, attending WIPs, overseeing reporting and implementation. You will also be tasked with training, coaching and management of Account Executive(s). The role stretches across both paid social planning and implementation, and integrated social projects such as influencer marketing and social content strategies.



Other responsibilities include:

2. Client Engagement



• Whether it's dealing with our clients, media partners or suppliers, we deliver best in class service and always done with integrity



• Build relationships with new and existing publishers and thought leaders on behalf our clients and the OMD group



• Develop monthly client reports focusing on core insights and learnings



3. Commercial

We are commercially savvy and deeply understand our business, and our clients, enabling better decisions and innovative thinking Assist Account Executive in implementing & reporting on paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms We care about our people and have a commitment to their development and growth You will be overseeing AE management of all assets and approvals, and be responsible for their learning and development with the support of your Account Director

A bit about you….

You have previous experience in a similar role, 2+ years You are interested in digital ecosystems and the role social can play as part of a client's broader media mix You are experienced with Facebook Business Manager, including Ads Manager, Audience Insights, Facebook Insights, Snapchat Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads Manager etc You have strong time management skills and can manage own time / workload effectively to meet deadlines You have strong attention to detail, and enjoy delivering seamless implementation experiences for clients You are open minded and curious and excited to grow our social product, working on new clients and projects including influencer marketing and social content strategies
