With an enviable client portfolio of blue-collar companies where clear emphasis is on ensuring they receive the best possible service, our client, is seeking a driven, ambitious and customer centric Recruitment Account Manager, who will provide excellent service to their clients and candidates.
This role will work with clients across a broad range of blue-collar industries throughout WA.
The Recruitment Account Manager will have charge of client relationships where the key is to build trusting and lasting relationships to ensure the continuation and growth of revenue and long term sustained engagement. This is a fast-paced role where the role holder will need to understand the sense of urgency in filling roles with the most suitable candidates.
There will be existing client relationships to launch from and a candidate database to start the journey.
The ideal candidate will have a great 'can do' work ethic and take pride in what they do. You will have proven experience as an Account Manager, B2B Consumer Goods sales or in Business Development - if that experience is in a manufacturing, building products/components or a blue-collar background, even better!
You will have a consultative approach to the clients and your emphasis will be on helping them solve their staffing problems with your ability to understand what they want and need.

Proven experience of developing relationships and ability to adapt your style to suit the audience The ability to learn how to execute the whole recruitment process A drive for innovation and always seeking ways to improve Great people skills with the ability to persuade and influence Excellent problem-solving skills Confidence in presenting to clients MS Word and Excel skills Strong administrative skills and great attention to detail The ability to pick up new software systems quickly Confidence in working autonomously and managing your own workload Unrestricted work rights in Australia (Citizen of Australia/New Zealand or Permanent resident) A valid driver’s licence Competitive salary plus Super and OTE bonus Promotional prospects Working for a progressive company
