Boral are currently looking for a well organised and hands on Project Supervisor who will be required to run the day to day operations of the on-site mobile Concrete Batch Plant. The Onsite Batch Plant at RAAF Pearce,
Bullsbrook will supply high specification concrete for the upgrade & expansion of the RAAF Pearce, Bullsbrook Air Base – Air7000 Project. This is a fixed-term contract during the project duration of 10-12 months. RAAF Pearce Air Base Batch Plant will be operational Five (5) days per week (Mon–Fri), with possible occasional Saturday and Sunday work.
Day to day running of a Concrete Batch Plant Facility Maintaining Boral’s Safety Culture and Zero/ One / Ten Working and Liaising with Customers / Clients at all levels Conduct Daily Prestart meetings, Tool Boxes and Safety meetings Management & Coaching of Staff and Personnel Control of Raw Material Stocks & Deliveries Managing third party Sub Contractors Quality control Develop daily work plans Preparing Daily / Weekly / Monthly reports on project progress Working to Cost Budgets and Project Time Frames Control of Plant and Equipment Maintenance Developing and maintain LEAN process’s
What are we looking for?
Experience within the Concrete Manufacturing Industry Supervision/Management of Manufacturing Facilities Supervision Experience of Medium to Large Scale Projects Operation of Mobile Plant & Equipment FEL Experience (Highly Desirable) Mechanical Equipment Repair Background (Desirable)
