Develop and own the relationship between 3M and the key accounts Achieve budgeted sales for this business within the allocated sales costs budget. Develop and articulate strategies and action plans for designated key accounts to the CBG teams. Download sales data and analysis it to identify growth opportunities Implementing data analysis & relationships to identify and act on opportunities across the 3M range.
For Office Channels - develop and manage all promotional spend in line with trading terms or as approved by Sales & Marketing Manager. Manage Customer Trading Terms including rebate programs in line with business objectives and budgets Obtain & ensure commitment of point of sale data as appropriate Ensure 3M enjoys a strong presence in all key customer advertising, catalogue, promotional activity and websites Drive store level execution nationally by ensuring our sales reps are kept fully informed of all activity Provide demand forecast to marketing for products selling in assigned key account Communicate and manage specific key account service requirements. Manage catalogue submission or range review processes ensuring 3M receive optimum exposure of products that deliver strong return on investment Develop and manage effective working relationships with key decision-makers.
Qualification / Experience:
At least 5 years of key account management experience and ideally in line with channel focus; proven sales record. Good negotiation skills. Strong analytical, conceptual and planning skills; able to provide detailed feedback of market trends, competitive activities and industry trend. Experience in key account planning including develop and implement Key Account Plan for relevant sales territories.
