*$99,601 pa (Band 7) plus super *Temporary full-time to May 2022

Lead the development and delivery of Council's digital and social communications activities to raise awareness of Council services, programs, projects, initiatives and events Strategically review and evolve our social media, website and other digital communication channels to ensure they are engaging, innovative, targeted, appropriate and cost-effective Coordinate the planning and execution of digital communications projects

As Coordinator,

Digital and Social you'll establish a reputation as a trusted advisor for senior leaders and coordinate digital and social communications that have an impact.

You'll lead a team in the development, execution and evaluation of a wide range of external digital communications projects and activities to raise awareness and inform our community about Council services, programs, projects, initiatives and events.

You'll partner with critical stakeholders to develop and deliver a results-driven digital and social strategy and continuously champion a culture of digital-by-default across the organisation.

By strategically driving and evolving Council's websites, you'll work to future proof Council's digital footprint and ensure functionality delivers an integrated, seamless customer experience.

You'll lead your team to develop and execute an ongoing communications content plan that supports the objectives of Council's annual communications strategy.

Adept and willing to work with a diverse range of stakeholders, you'll balance often competing needs with complex policy, process, organisational and political dynamics.

A key voice in the Communications, Engagement and Advocacy division, you'll provide strategic communications thought leadership to senior decision-makers and form a strong partnership with the Manager, Strategic Communications to manage the execution of Council's communications.
