Our IT Service Desk team is expanding!
An exciting opportunity of an initial six month Fixed Term Contract for a Service Desk Consultant has risen in our Brisbane office.
You will be joining our experienced Health Insurance Service Desk team providing a range of 1st Level IT support services across Bupa Australia.
This will include providing IT technical support via phone & email to clients by analysing, identifying, and resolving issues, ensuring the accurate and efficient recording, logging and allocation of customer reported incidents and requests via ServiceNow, and where appropriate provided first call resolution of IT issues.
Issues can vary from simple IT questions to more complicated matters, typically across the Microsoft suite, Office 365, Active Directory and Exchange.
Ideal experience & delivered performance
- Previous IT Help Desk / Service Desk experience providing 1st Level technical support (1+ year)
- Demonstrated technical knowledge across a broad range of IT technologies, including Windows, O365, Active Directory, MS Exchange & Outlook
- Familiarity and experience with ITIL based processes.
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven problem solving and analytical skills
