Do you have the experience and skills required to provide an engaging and inspiring educational experience? If you are, Swinburne’s Health, Science and Community department are looking for a full-time Teacher to teach the Community Services discipline.

The role of the Teacher – Community Services is to inspire, engage and educate our students for the 21st century. As a Teacher you will implement industry best practice and apply current learning technologies and contemporary learning pedagogies.

You will work collaboratively within a passionate team of education professionals to plan deliver, assess, evaluate and ensure compliance of high-quality education and training programs. This role requires that you are able to customise and adapt our programs to meet our learners and clients’ needs that vary from certificate level through to diploma and associate degree levels. About you

To be successful in the role, you will have:

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent

- Relevant degree or vocational qualification in community services or related field

- Vocational experience relevant to the community services sector

- Demonstrated excellence or capacity to implement high quality, innovative approaches in teaching and assessment, using a variety of learning modes, which respond to diverse student learning needs.
