The expected corporate landscape outlook has improved for 2021/2022 across the sectors, with business confidence improving compared to 2021. Corporates are wanting to engage with their stakeholders in creative ways and organisations are wanting investment programs that give back to community, including the arts, education and community engagement activities.
This improved outlook means that we are looking to expand our team by recruiting a Corporate Partnerships team member to support this unexpected increase in demand.
The Corporate Partnerships team’s focus is on engaging new business including Principal/Major partners, building a revenue pipeline for the Thomas Dixon Centre and also supporting the Corporate Membership drive,
which is the pipeline for higher levels of corporate investment.
The Corporate Partnerships Manager will contribute to the endeavours of the Corporate Partnerships team by coordinating activities and events for QB’s corporate partners, managing designated partnership accounts, coordinating implementation of multi-channelled partnership campaigns and assisting the team in the identification and acquisition of new corporate supporters.
To realise Queensland Ballet’s vision and enable strategic growth both on and off the stage, it is vital that support from private sources is encouraged and nurtured. The Corporate Partnerships Manager is a motivated and collaborative team player with highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, who is integral to the realisation of this vision and growth through the effective delivery of partnership strategy and portfolio management.
