About the role
We are currently seeking applications from highly experienced, professional and energetic individuals for the new exciting role as Executive Assistant (EA) to the Executive Director Medical Services.
The successful candidate will possess advanced interpersonal skills, strong time management and effective organisational skills with the ability to think laterally, while working under pressure to provide high level administrative support as part of the Executive Assistant team.
The position is 40 hours per fortnight on an ongoing basis.

Employment Terms and Conditions will be in line with the Victorian Public Health Sector (Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers) Enterprise Agreement 2016-2020, with the appropriate classification Administrative Worker Grade 2.
The successful applicant will be required to be eligible for and undergo the following:

- Employee Working with Children's Check
- Current Immunisation status
